Generally, the flights booked within the United States are non-refundable. In case of cancellation and rebooking the flights, you may be eligible for future credit minus. As per Airline policy, airline won't refund your amount after 24 hours of booking if your cancel your tickets. However, cancellation within 24 hours is free of cost.
Above policy is applied to certain airlines only and it is mentioned for reference here. For more details about the cancellations, we request you to check the terms and conditions of your booking.
In some circumstances, hotel bookings and car rentals are non-refundable. However, the processing fee may be refundable that is charged for making hotel booking and car rental.
All cancellations related to airline tickets, car rentals, and hotel bookings will be done over the phone only. If you are unable to meet the below-mentioned conditions, we may not be able to accept the refund request:
- If you are not present at the time of boarding and don’t inform airline about the same, you won’t be able to receive the refund. In such scenarios, the cancellation request is ineligible for any refund processing.
- If you place the cancellation request for which fare rules don’t allow for refund, your request will be dismissed immediately.
We may not be able to provide a specific time frame under which you can request for the refund. Once you place the request for cancellation with our customer support representative, we will then send you an e-mail notification that your request has been accepted and provide you a tracking number. But, remember that receiving a notification doesn’t mean that you are eligible for a refund. We send this email notification just as an acknowledgment that your request has been received.
Once you sent the cancellation request, we will contact suppliers to generate a waiver if it qualifies for a refund. These suppliers can be airlines, hotels, and car rentals. Whenever we receive the decision of the supplier, we shall notify you about it.
Our service fees related to reservations and booking are non-refundable. Please NOTE that we depend on suppliers’ decision for receiving the refunds you have requested for. The requested refunds are possible only if airline/supplier rules permit. Once supplier approves your request for the refund, it may take up to 90 days to reflect the refund in your account. Apart from the suppliers’ refund penalties, Lookbookflights will charge applicable post-ticketing service fees. These refund fees charged on per ticket and per passenger basis. If in case suppliers reject your refund request, we will refund you post-ticketing service fee charged by you. However, this policy is not applied to our booking fees for original travel booking or reservations.
